1. How do I apply for a wholesale or dropship account with Kiyonna?
Simply fill out the Sign Up form. You will be contacted within 1 business day by one of our Wholesale Success Team members. Our wholesale and dropship programs are available to approved retailers with a brick and mortar location (must be verifiable by Google Maps) or online presence. We will follow up with you to learn more about your business and may request additional forms to get started.


2. Can I sign up if I'm located outside of the United States?
ABSOLUTELY. Our passion is to make plus size women EVERYWHERE look and feel amazing. Simply fill out the Sign Up form, and one of our Wholesale Success Team members will get back to you within 1 business day.


3. What forms of payment are accepted?
We happily accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, and Paypal. COD and Checks are not accepted.


4. What are your minimums?
Wholesale: We have an initial $500 minimum opening order, $250 minimum after that. You can mix styles, colors and sizes as needed. We NEVER do prepacks because what works for you is our #1 priority.

Dropship: There is no minimum order for dropship as orders.


5. What are your payment terms?
Payment on orders is made at the time of shipment unless you have been approved by FundBox. If approved, enjoy up to 60 day terms at no interest. To learn more, click here.


6. What is your sizing like?
Get ready to breathe a sigh of relief as we're specialists in plus, so the fit of our collection is a true women's cut. We start at a 0x or 10-12 womens, and go up to a 5x or 30-32 womens. To view our size chart, click here.


7. How do I place my order?
After you Sign Up and are approved, you may log in at any time to place your order. If you'd like help with your wholesale order, you may email or call in your order as well and work with your assigned member of our Wholesale Success Team. For dropship orders, we require all orders to be placed directly online.


8. What happens if items are Out of Stock (OOO)?
We strive to keep best sellers in stock and to have accurate inventory at all times. In the event that you have an order for an item that becomes OOO, we will suggest the next possible replacement and inform you of the next delivery date if applicable. If you are dropshipping, it is important that you keep your products and inventory up to date using our inventory download provided at the time of approval.


9. How can I view line sheets and order for the next season?
After you Sign Up and are approved, you may log in at any time to view line sheets for the current and upcoming seasons. Order forms accompany all line sheets to make ordering super easy. You can also email or call in to place your order with your your assigned member of our Wholesale Success Team.


10. Do you have a quality guarantee?
Every piece in our collection is made with love and care in the USA. If there is a quality issue with any item, simply let us know within 5 business days of receiving your item, and we will issue a Return Authorization Number and issue an exchange.


11. Do you guarantee sales?
Your success with the Kiyonna line is one of our top priorities. We want you to sell, make customers happy, grow your business, and become a repeat customer of ours. If you order under our wholesale model (dropshipping not applicable), and cannot sell through more than 50% of your stock within 60 days of purchase, we would be happy to exchange out your items as long as they are returned in the original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached. To do so, you must work with your assigned member from our Wholesale Success Team who will issue you a Return Authorization Number. If items are returned without this number, they will be refused or sent back to you. All approved returns can be exchanged only less a 5% restocking fee. No refunds will be given.


12. How much is Shipping and Handling?
Wholesale Orders to Retailer: Shipping varies depending on the weight of the order being shipped as well as the location of the destination. We typically use FedEx or United States Postal Service and will typically give you both options with which to choose. In addition, we can ship via your shipping number is needed. Please note there are no handling charges with pure wholesale shipments.

Dropship Orders to Consumer: A $5 handling fee per order and variable shipping rates apply depending on total of merchandise and location of the destination. We use the retailers shipping number or prepaid shipping label to process orders.


13. How long will it take to ship my order?
In stock merchandise usually ships within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if orders are place by noon PST. If you need a rush, just let us know and we’ll do everything to accommodate the request.
