"One of my favorite tops at Kiyonna. Only thing I wish, was the inside sleave was a little longer. It is shorter in the armpit than on the sleeve's outside. I own 6 or so of these tops and they all have the same design weirdness. So if you have flabby arms, you may not like that they are not all the way covered up to the elbow on the bottom side."

- Hello Heather, The the Promenade runs pretty true to size. However since you are a 24, which is the large side of a 3x, I would suggest to size up if you are larger in the chest. The neckline may be a bit revealing for a bigger chest as you are mentioning. But you could always order multiple sizes and then return the one that does not suit you as well.
