    "I have purchased several dresses from Kiyonna in the past year. The Maria Lace Gown was perfect for my son's wedding. Good style, good fit, long enough, okay fabric. The other dresses have been okay, too. Sadly, the black Indie Flair maxi dress I bought especially to wear to a dear friend's funeral was a disappointment. The fabric is thin enough to see through, the seams are puckered, and it's a couple of inches too short to work well for me. I had to wear it since my old black dress is worn out, but I wish I could have sent it back."

    Fantastic dress

    "I own about 50 Kiyonna dresses. Different cuts and styles and a few tops and skirts as well. Everything I have bought is perfect. I am 5'11 and have a very difficult time finding true maxi length dresses. Kiyonna dresses are the best. I can still wear heels and the length is fantastic. There are alot of plus size women that aren't petite. You can always hem a dress if its too long but you cant add fabric if it is too short. I love your clothing. I dont mind spending a little money if quality is good and it is everytime. Thank you for keeping me clothed and in style!! Customer service is excellent as well"

    Hi! How well does this fabic breathe? I need a very breathable fabric in a maxi for outdoor concerts in the height of a hot, humid summer. How well does this breathe?
    Hi Susan, Great question—especially for those hot, humid concert days! This piece is made from a rayon/spandex blend, which is known for being lightweight, soft, and quite breathable. It allows for good airflow and has a comfortable, easy drape that helps keep you cool. I’m personally very particular about fabric quality due to skin sensitivity, and I’ve found Indie Flair’s fabrics to be exceptionally soft and comfortable for all-day wear. It should be a lovely option for staying cool while still feeling stylish and at ease outdoors!
    On some of the customer photos, it seems that the fabric is very thin. Is it see thru? I don't want to wear a slip.

    This dress looks beautiful but I’m only 5’4. Can it be hemmed?
    Hi Tracy, thanks for reaching out in regards to the Indie Flair Maxi Dress. I feel this is a very simple hem. Since there is no slit on the dress,you can take it up right from the bottom of the hemline. A local seamstress or alterations shop can do this for you. Let us know if you have any other questions.
