"5 stars for dress, 4 stars for customer service. I got this dress as I was the mother of the bride. I felt like a princess wearing it- it was so comfortable and I received many compliments on it. I wanted a dress that didn't make me look like a mature mother of the bride (aka grandma) and I wanted it to cover up my port for my cancer treatments. This hit all my requests. Customer service had to be asked to process the return that I had shipped back. I get that they're busy but they also need to be a little bit better with communication and taking care of customers."
