Satisfaction Guaranteed



Your satisfaction with Kiyonna merchandise is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange regularly priced merchandise within 30 days. This date will be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Please note that returns received later than this posted date will be eligible for store credit only for a period of an additional 30 days if the item is still being sold on Kiyonna.com in the applicable color and size. Store credit will reflect the most current sales price listed. Any merchandise received after 60 days will be automatically returned to sender. SALE merchandise is eligible for returns and exchanges within the allotted 30 day period. FINAL SALE merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchanges. (Please note: if final sale items are returned a restocking fee may be applied at 30% and merchandise credit issued for the current price listed on the Kiyonna website.) FINAL SALE merchandise is marked "Final Sale" on the website.  BRIDAL MERCHANDISE is returnable for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date.  Kiyonna accepts returns on this garment if the dress is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.  If after 15 days, a merchandise credit will be issued. Please note that we do not accept coupons on bridal dresses or custom orders.
 


Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

For orders placed directly on www.kiyonna.com, we offer FREE shipping BOTH WAYS on orders of $150+ (applies to orders within the Continental US where subtotal is $150 or more after discounts and coupons but before tax).  If your order was placed on www.kiyonna.com and you'd like to request a return label, please contact customerservice@kiyonna.com.  Please note that we do not offer return labels for orders placed on other websites. 


All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, pet hair and pet stains) We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. No items may be returned to any specialty stores carrying Kiyonna.



If you would like to exchange an item and are within the U.S., shipping is complimentary (valid on Standard Shipping only.) Expedited shipping service is available for an additional fee. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment. Please note that all exchanges will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.



Please note that International customers will be charged a standard shipping fee for all exchanges. That fee will be determined by country and order size.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS:


Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 30 days for the credit to be processed. (Please note it may take up to 10 days for the credit card company or bank to show the refund on your account) Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent. (Please note that if merchandise credit is used for any part of your Kiyonna order and a return is made the merchandise credit will be refunded first and the remainder refunded to the credit card used for the order.)



CANCELLATIONS:



Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.  We will do our best to make sure the order does not ship, however, this is not guaranteed.  If you change your mind and we have already shipped your package, you are responsible for any shipping fees you originally paid when you placed your order, and you can refuse the package at the time of delivery.  Once we receive the package back to our warehouse, the order will be processed as a return and you will be refunded in 7-10 business days.
