If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (no hard feelings, we promise!), you may return or exchange regularly priced merchandise within 30 days.  Please review our Returns/Exchange policy for more detailed information.

TYPES OF DELIVERY:

Standard (Ground):

Standard orders will be processed, pending credit card approval, within four business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Overnight (Air):

Overnight orders will be shipped the same business day if orders are received by 12 noon PST and credit card authorization is obtained. Please note that overnight delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes, Rural Routes, APO/FPO, and all other orders outside the Continental United States. Also note that we do not offer UPS Air delivery for Saturday delivery. All air orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday only.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS and have a flat shipping rate of $8.95. Alaska and Hawaii are determined upon order subtotal.

INTERNATIONAL:

A flat rate of $44.95 will be added to all international orders for shipping. All International packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Your satisfaction with Kiyonna merchandise is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange regularly priced merchandise within 30 days. This date will be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Please note that returns received later than this posted date will be eligible for store credit only for a period of an additional 30 days if the item is still being sold on Kiyonna.com in the applicable color and size. Store credit will reflect the most current sales price listed. Any merchandise received after 60 days will be automatically returned to sender. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE ONLY (no returns will be accepted). ALL BRIDAL MERCHANDISE is returnable for merchandise credit within the normal 30 days of purchase. Please note that we do not accept coupons on custom orders.
 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. No items may be returned to any specialty stores carrying Kiyonna.

If you would like to exchange an item and are within the U.S., shipping is complimentary (valid on Standard Shipping only.) Expedited shipping service is available for an additional fee. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment.

Please note that International customers will be charged a standard shipping fee for all exchanges. That fee will be determined by country and order size.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS:

Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations may not be made within 48 hours of a products scheduled ship date.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Kiyonna currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We do not accept checks or cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, your purchase will be charged when the order is shipped.

Our online merchandise prices are typically the same as those in the stores which carry Kiyonna.

Sales Tax

We charge required local and state taxes for California only. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our computer system.

 

FINDING THE RIGHT SIZE:

Remember, these measurements are approximate. Keep in mind that some of our clothes tend to be fitted. Therefore, refer to the above measurement chart and choose your size accordingly.
