I am awesome. Oh, that's not enough of an introduction for ya, huh? I'm Katie. I am 30. I married my high school sweetheart. I have a 4 year-old son named Sean (after the best James Bond).

Too boring?

I started a blog to show that being curvy and 30 doesn't mean you have to dress frumpy or resign yourself to the color black. I am beautiful. No matter what size I am. I am funny (sometimes) and witty (sometimes) and sarcastic (often). I take lots of pictures with really serious expressions because I watch way too much America's Next Top Model, and I like to imagine when she does an over-30/plus-sized cycle that I will totally win!

I like buying clothes, but hate trying them on. I love the way my hair looks when I fix it, but I hate fixing it. Speaking of hair, yeah, I only wash it twice a week. I know it sounds disgusting, but it's perfect for me.
