I am a size 18/20 and have a bit of a belly. I wasn't sure if this dress would work. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to get one size larger and went with the 3x. I'm glad I did. It's a bit loose in the upper area (I'm small chested), but I'll have it taken in slightly. The 2x would have been too clingy, esp because the dress isn't lined. The ruffles are so cute and I like the drape of the fabric. I bought it in black and plan on getting a lot of wear out of the dress- weddings, date night, receptions, etc.

All the other reviews say it all. This is the great Kiyonna dress style that keeps me checking the website so often. I wasn't sure about buying it when it was more expensive, but I could tell (based on a previous wrap dress) that it would be cute. When the price dropped I was ready to pounce, and REALLY lucky my size was left!! I bought it in cobalt and black as well.
Kiyonna should definitely study more designs like this and keep them as styles which they will always sell instead of finishing the run and moving on. This type of dress will always be fashionable, like the wrap dress (which Kiyonna no longer makes unfortunately), and knowing that you can come back for the dress or can always come here and pick up a great simple wardrobe basic that you know will fit is great.
I should have also go some "shape smoother" because the dress is clingy but I can deal with that later.

Bought this on a whim when I was on the kiyonna site searching for a wedding dress (highly recommend the Luxe Lace dress). I ordered the 1X in the cobalt blue color. It is absolutely stunning. My fiance's eyes just about popped out of his head when I put it on because it hugs all the right places while skimming over less favorable spots. My fiance has dubbed it the "boobie dress" because the cut and neckline accentuates the positive. Throw on a camisole underneath or a cardigan over the top and it's sedate enough for work or wear it as is for an eye-catching night-out. Will definitely be ordering this one in other colors!

I needed a dress to wear to a family wedding, and wasn't looking forward to shopping for it. I am busty, thick through the middle, and short. I saw this pretty dress and ordered it with my fingers crossed. Oh my gosh, the dress is just about perfect. It's the right combination of feminine and classy--I love the ruffles! I definitely need a shaper for my middle, (the material is somewhat clingy and is not lined), but I probably would in any dress. I have never ordered a dress online before...it was well worth the risk.

I bought this dress for my bridal shower and knew as soon as I saw it online it would be very flattering. I'm a big girl (30/32) and it fit me in all the right places. My tummy looked great, and I got a TON of compliments. This is officially my LBD. Love it!
