Just received this top in the Ivory 2x. It fits nicely, it's soft, beautiful and feminine. The black/blush color combination is my favorite and I hope they get more in the size 2x, as this is my first choice of all the colors. I love wrap dresses and tops; Kiyonna makes the best I've ever found! I am so happy to have found Kiyonna clothes; I always feel my best when I wear them!

Soft and Feminine, but Beware of Fit, 2.20.2013

I want to give this top 5 stars, but it does have a few design flaws. These flaws can easily be fixed with altering, but I think you should be aware of them before you purchase. This top runs large; I am usually a 1x with a 38H bust line, and I still found it to be "gappy" in the front and around the back neckline. You can only adjust the wrap so much because if you pull it too tightly, it will ruin the placket at the front and alter the design. I relocated the one strap, which eliminated the adjustment issue and allowed me to cinch it further. The split design at the front center is quite large; so if you are conscious of your tummy this will be a problem for you. This opens right beneath my navel, making my pooch stick out more than I'd like. The base of the top rolls, especially right where the split is and exposes the liner. Although it may seem that I have a lot of complaints, the actual fabric of the top is soft and not the least bit scratchy. The black/pink combo is very subtle and can easily be dressed up or down. Wearing this top with a camisole fixed the gap problem and relocating the strap (further back into the blouse) fixed the rolling problem. If you are comfortable with slight alterations, you will be happy with this shirt and bound to get many compliments. It looks fabulous with a pair of jeans and boots, but I would not wear this without a cami if you are large chested; The fact that you cannot adjust the cinch at the top allows anyone to look straight down your top if you bend over!

This Shirt Has So Much Potential, But . . ., 2.15.2013

As beautiful as the shirt is and as much as I really wanted to love it, the fit wasn't quite right. I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewer who complained that the scalloped detail at the bottom of the shirt keeps rolling up. Not only is that unsightly and worrisome, but it causes the shirt to lose a large part of the beautiful detail. Not to mention, it took me FOREVER to figure out how to even wrap the thing! I remain very excited about Kiyonna and my other purchases; however, this one (sadly) just didn't work for me. |

This top is sexy and can be dressed up or down. Although I've had to adjust the tie often, I don't mind because this top is just wonderful. I look and feel good in this top.

I just wore the black lace/blush lining on a date and he loved it. I paired it with jeans and felt super sexy feminine in it. I love the fact that I can wear it with jeans, skirt and slacks. I may have to tailor it a bit (the shoulder area is a bit big on me), but it is worth it because I will wear this for years to come.

It is a little shorter than I was expecting, as it's split in the middle. I'm usually very tummy-conscious; HOWEVER, I have received SO MANY compliments (even from a major retailer's sales clerk) that this top has made me braver about my body and what I'll wear. I think the fit is fine, it matches my dress size. I feel great and the compliments roll in EVERY TIME I wear it. I'm glad I got it.

I ordered the ivory lace with cream lining; very disappointed that the color is more like a beige color lace, unlike the picture. Being an overseas buyer, sending it back will be troublesome. My first disappointed top from Kiyonna. :(

Being a slight apple shape, I like how this top is adjustable, as I don't like having my tops too tight on my tummy. It disguises my tummy well and can be dressed up for work or down with jeans. |

This top is very pretty and looks exactly as it does in the photo (black with blush underneath). I haven't worn it out yet, but am looking forward to a lot of compliments!

I wore this to work, which was risky because there's always a possibility it will get bled on or such, but i got lots of compliments! Fits nice; it's a true wrap shirt. Not super cleavage-y and hides problem mid-section issues. The ivory is more of a beige kind of color, either way it works for me!. It is also true to size. I imagine it will need some gentle washing care, as its lace all over; I'm kind of sucky at taking care of delicate fabrics, but this shirt is worth the effort. LOVE.

    Poor fit, 10.2.2012

Overall, I am disappointed with the shirt. The size was off, the shoulder of the shirt was not sewn, the colour was off, and the fit poor. The shirt fits a least a size bigger than the dresses that I have bought previously from Kiyonna. The colour of the lining is a dark rose pink colour, not the colour in the photo. The lace at the shoulders sticks out; poor fit. The scalloped lace along the bottom of the shirt also rolls up. Once altered and fixed the shirt is wearable, but definitely not one of my favourites. |
